1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Genie Canvas website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Product Description and Ordering

Modular Product: Genie Canvas is a patented, modular stretcher system designed for compact shipping. The product requires tool-less customer assembly upon receipt.

Variant Selection: You are responsible for accurately selecting the correct size variant (e.g., 36"x48") at checkout. Please review the dynamic component list and product description, which change based on your size selection, before purchasing.

Custom Orders: For custom-sized canvases, you are solely responsible for accurately submitting the required width and height dimensions via the custom order input field (Line Item Property). Custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to customer dimension errors.
3. Intellectual Property All content, including the design, text, assembly videos, and the patented modular design itself, is the exclusive property of Genie Canvas and its licensors, protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.
4. Payment and Pricing All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify Payments, including Shop Pay and standard payment methods. We are not responsible for transaction fees or delays incurred by your bank.
5. Shipping and Assembly Liability While we provide detailed instructions and materials for compact shipping, we are not responsible for damages, delays, or lost packages once the goods have been tendered to the carrier. The user assumes all risk and liability for the correct and safe assembly of the modular system.
